The QR PDKS story began in 2020, when the pandemic rapidly reshaped working life. As contact became a risk, many businesses moved away from touch-based attendance systems such as fingerprint readers and returned to manual methods.

We believed such a fundamental process could be handled in a safer, contactless and more user-friendly way. Our first goal was to demonstrate that mobile technology could provide reliable and sustainable attendance control.

We deployed our first prototype as a pilot in a real organization. It met the need for contactless entry and exit while earning adoption from employees and managers through its speed and simplicity.

Every day in the field helped us improve. We listened to users, observed operational challenges firsthand and turned feedback into lasting product improvements.

Over time, QR PDKS evolved into a comprehensive workforce management solution that brings shifts, timesheets, leave, payroll preparation and other HR processes together in one platform.

Our goal is not merely to build software, but to understand real organizational needs and create solutions that shape the future of work today.
